Things to Know about the CRT

Seller / Donor pays NO CAPITAL GAINS TAXES on the sale's appreciation in value, thus preserving more of the proceeds for investment.

An annual income for the rest of your life, or a term not to exceed 20 years.

Seller / Donor is entitled to an income tax charitable contribution deduction which can put cash in his or her pocket over a six year period, by reducing income Taxes.

Seller / Donor can be any age.

Fee to Broker can be either seller or buyer side. No cost to the seller or buyer for CRT.

Seller / Donor can negotiate with Wave / Pepperdine University CRT on TERMS such as: Front Money Lump Sums, Lump Sums for special needs later, Benefits for Heirs, Partial sales / Donations.
